Katharine Swiller, Creative Director
Katharine brings a decade of experience in management, fundraising, marketing, digital media and filmmaking. Most recently Katharine was an Executive Producer on the feature film This is The Year directed by David Henrie and Executive Produced by Selena Gomez. She wrote and produced an award-winning TV show pilot, and has written and directed several short films in both documentary and narrative genres. Katharine graduated from Washington and Lee University.
In her free time, she loves to make and edit movies with her own Nikon, write narrative screenplays, and spend time outdoors to hike, ski and be with her three kids.

Sean has over 15 years experience growing technology companies and bring brands to market. In addition to co-founding a multi-million dollar content security firm, he helped launch the US division of an international tech startup, and has managed the national marketing campaigns for commercial and non-profit brands.
Sean is a DC tech enthusiast and loves finding the intersections of design and engineering.
